A. CONTINUATION – PUBLIC HEARING; Consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a 68’ x 101’ (6,868 sq. ft.) ground mounted solar energy system within the R-1 PUD Zoning District on property commonly known as Westover Farms, 3222 Illinois Route 53, submitted by Mr. Carl Nelson, GRNE Solar, on behalf of Mr. Tony Dean, property owner.
B. CONTINUATION – PUBLIC HEARING; Consideration of amendments to the Village Code for the Village of Long Grove, Title 5, Zoning Regulations, without limitation, as referred by the Village Board, for the review, recommendation and amendment of the adopted Alternative Energy Systems (AES) Regulations.

A. Consideration of a request for Final PUD Plan/Plat approval for property within the R-2 PUD District For The “Steinbach Subdivision” Property, 0 Midlothian Road (PIN 1035400012) Within The R-2 PUD District Within The Village Of Long Grove as submitted by Mr. Ram Prashantha.
B. PUBLIC HEARING; Consideration of a proposal for amendments to Title 5 of the Village Code regarding zoning regulations and definitions for adult-use cannabis business establishments operating in accordance with the Illinois Regulation and Tax Act, which may include, but are not limited to: regulations relating to the location, time, place, manner and number of such adult-use cannabis business establishments; minimum distance limitations from sensitive uses; and regulations for on-premises consumption of cannabis at or in cannabis business establishments.
