All applicants are required to complete the Plan Commission Board of Appeals General Zoning Application and all supplemental forms of the requested variance. All applications must be fully completed with all supplemental forms, materials, documents, etc., at the time of submission to ensure there is no delay in the zoning application process.
All applications and supplemental forms should be compiled together in PDF form and emailed to the Village's Building Department at buildingdepartment [at] longgroveil.gov (buildingdepartment[at]longgroveil[dot]gov)
