The Village Manager and Finance Trustee provide financial management and support to the Village Board/President, Committees, and all Village Departments. The Village Manager and Finance Trustee oversee:

  • Budget management/administration
  • Debt management
  • Payroll administration
  • Grant coordination/reporting
  • Fixed assets reporting
  • TIF analysis/management 
  • Procurement
  • Customer billing services
  • Coordination of the annual audit by an independent certified auditor
