The Village Manager and Finance Trustee provide financial management and support to the Village Board/President, Committees, and all Village Departments. The Village Manager and Finance Trustee oversee:
- Budget management/administration
- Debt management
- Payroll administration
- Grant coordination/reporting
- Fixed assets reporting
- TIF analysis/management
- Procurement
- Customer billing services
- Coordination of the annual audit by an independent certified auditor
