Schedule a Building Inspection

Request a building, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing inspection here. (Multiple inspection requests for the same address need to be submitted separately.)

Inspections are performed Monday through Friday MORNINGS ONLY, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Next-day inspection requests must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. on the preceding business day in order to be considered for the next business day's schedule. Due to the limited available timeframe of inspectors, the schedule is filled on a first-requested/first-scheduled basis. A Village confirmation email shall be sent to the G.C. (or primary applicant) once the inspection is confirmed as scheduled.

Roofers: Ice & water shield inspections may be done as LIVE VIDEO INSPECTIONS if the on-site contact person has the Facetime or Google Duo video app on his phone. For live video inspections, specify "ice & water shield LIVE VIDEO" in the 'Type of Inspection Being Requested' field below and provide the site contact person's phone number along with "Facetime" or Google Duo" selection. On the morning of the inspection, the inspector will call the site contact to arrange the video inspection time based on your work progress. (Live video inspections are only permitted for the roof ice & water shield inspection type.)
