Online Payments

The Village of Long Grove's online payment service offers an efficient and easy way to make your payments. If you have questions regarding the use of the electronic payment site, please call Village Hall at (847) 634-9440 or visit our Contact Us page.

Please be aware of the following important online payment information: 

• All major credit cards, debit cards, and E-checks are accepted
• Please be aware that there is a 3% (Min $2.00) fee for processing credit and debit card payments online, and E-checks are $3.00 for up to $10,000 and $10.00 for over $10,000. *The Village is currently waiving the fee for E-Checks. 
• Please be aware that if paying by credit card the transaction will appear on your statement as "Long Grove Gov". If paying by E-Check, it will appear on your bank statement as "PNPBILLPAYMENT".
• Please make sure you have sufficient funds in the bank account entered and that the correct banking information has been provided to avoid dishonored check fees. The Village of Long Grove charges a $25.00 fee for NSF.
• A receipt for the online payment will be sent to your email address.
