*Parking on right-of-way refers to parking a vehicle off of the pavement and only on ONE SIDE (The side of the road that permittee lives on). An exception to parking off of the pavement is made in the winter season when snow prohibits it. NO EXCEPTION TO ONE SIDE ONLY. ALL VEHICLES NOT ON THE SIDE OF THE PERMITEE SHALL BE TICKETED AND TOWED SHOULD THE PARKING BLOCK EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS.
