The Village of Long Grove utilizes an online portal, Action Line, to provide responsible and efficient service to residents. Residents can submit a request for a host of items through service request system.
Some common requests include pothole repair requests, overgrown grass or weed complaints, or Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
Please note that some matters related to private property may not be the Village's responsibility. You may also want to consult your Homeowners Association if applicable.
