The Village of Long Grove will begin work on the Aptakisic Road Water Main Extension Project on Monday, June 8, 2026, weather permitting.
Construction will include the installation of a new 12" water main from the existing water main located within the Sunset Grove parking lot and extending east along Aptakisic Road to the future Village of Long Grove Fire Department at 5161 Aptakisic Road.
Please note that full road closures are not permitted as part of the watermain project; however, daily lane closures on Aptakisic Road will occur. Lane closures are only allowed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
