The information below contains permit CHECKLIST requirements. Please use as a reference when compiling all documents to not delay or deny the online permit application. ALL permits need to be submitted online through Community Core.

- All deposit payments need to be made BEFORE plan review and permit processing can begin.
- All inspections are performed between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (AM) and 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (PM)

Helpful Information before beginning an online permit application with Community Core/SAFEbuilt:
- Copies of contractor licenses for each project must be submitted with the documentation.
